Returns-Exchanges

Items purchased online may be exchanged or returned (with a 10% restocking fee if returning) WITHIN 30 DAYS, by mailing back to:

  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice or order# with your return/exchange.
  • IF EXCHANGING, please make sure you write down what you would like to exchange the item for.
  • IF RETURNING, Please write on the invoice your reason for return.
  • Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address or they will not be accepted.
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
